BOARD OF GOVERNORS (BOG)
The Board of Governors are the board of Directors and shareholders of the school establishment and are responsible for the development, finance and growth of the school as well as providing high educational standard for academic upliftment as empowered by the proprietorship. The members are as follows: –

THE PROPRIETOR (PROP)
The idea of the establishment of the African Peace Polytechnic was solely muted and conceived by Prof. Ola Makinwa who is the Chairman Board of Governors to assist all Governments in Africa to fill the gap of Higher School Education that was inadequately pay attention to in other to Educationally Empower youths of our generation. He is the Proprietor.
GOVERNING COUNCIL (GOV. C)
The second highest management Organ of the polytechnic that has the ultimate responsibility of overseeing the school is the Governing Council holding forth for the Board of Governors. They are responsible for developing and approving the school’s mission, strategic goals and objectives and establishing policies related to programs and service. The members include: –
